Just wanted to see if anyone is game in developing a cad file for the r5 head, discussions with Marc Ph and Andrew Cation indicated that this might be possible due to it's similarities to the skirt the main difference would be the neck. however I was thinkg seeing as Dave from astromech ...

What material did you use as the original shape? Was it Styrofoam or did you use something else? A video may be a good start.
